Maranatha Eagles Booster Club is a group of parent volunteers who support Maranatha Christian Academy's athletic department. The Booster Club helps with admissions, concessions, and funraising events that promote and enhance the extracurricular experience at MCA.
We were able to donate nearly $45,000 to MCA in our first year. This fundraising effort was a success due to the members who supported us, admissions collected at sporting events, and our Trivia Night fundraiser. Athletic teams, school spirit, fan experience, band and scholar bowl were all impacted by our donations throughout the year. The Booster Club board, vote and designate where the funs will be distributed during our monthly board meetings. Guidance from MCA's superinendent and athletic director and thoughtful care for our members' donations, allow the board to make conscious decisions on how funds are distributed.
Concessions money is designated as a fundraiser for athletic teams. Varsity coaches can sign up through the Booster Club and will be provided the supplies and assistance to raise money for their teams. At the end year, the money will be distributed to each team who volunteered. In the 2023-2024 academic year, a total of $5,100 raised by teams through concessions.
